Knowing and understanding some of the most common office ergonomic related injury triggers will prepare you to address the most common office related “ergonomic injuries” encountered by our office staff. This seminar will prepare you to successfully address the more common injuries or discomfort triggers encountered in most office environments.
At the end you should be able to understand, recognize and respond to common situations that might cause your office staff to develop physical discomfort or pain associated with their daily duties. We will also explore the “home” or “nonwork related” factors that can lead to either the development or worsening of pain or discomfort.
