We’ve even taken the very healthy step within our Member team last year to agree on a process, and to implement it, to address partner behavior with team members that HR finds to be outside our code of conduct. We always respect the privacy of any team member who is involved in discussions of performance issues including interpersonal behavior, but please be assured that we are addressing situations as they arise, so that those opportunities for learning can be realized and a healthier T&W culture is the result.
We continue to work on ways to build and develop our talented team and refine and support your career paths here at T&W. Serving our clients with proper protection and trusted advice requires us to always be looking for ways to add depth to our professional knowledge and insight.
