This seminar will be presented by Ms. Karen A. O’Neil, a principal and chair of Kirk & Simas’ Civil Litigation and Employment Law Department.

Karen has over a decade of employer-side transactional and litigation experience, serving across a diverse range of industries as counsel to some of the leading large and small scale enterprises.

Karen is a member of the Association of workplace investigators and well-regarded independent workplace investigator.
