The focus of this workshop is to help you conduct better tailgate meetings for your employees. Managers and supervisors who are responsible for conducting tailgate meetings should attend this seminar. Topics to be discussed include the purpose of tailgate/toolbox meetings, why you should conduct them, who should conduct them and why, recommended length and frequency of meetings, key topics, preparation and training requirements for effective tailgate meetings.
