NEW for 2014! Supervisors are key to the success of any operation but often they have not been properly trained on how to communicate or on how they communicate with their employees! This can lead to a host of problems not the least of which can be morale problems which can in turn have a tremendous negative impact on workplace safety, employee litigation rates, production, quality and your ability to be competitive and meet your obligations on time.

While clear concise communication is a valuable skill, the supervisor must also know the importance of their non-verbal signals and on what they are communicating when they don’t say something when they should have, or, by how they say something to their employees. Please join us as we shed light on this important and often overlooked component of communication!

  • Do your supervisors understand the importance of respect? The various ways that it is communicated or not communicated to their employees and how that ties into good, engaged, safety conscious employees and good quality and productivity

Parking Information

Parking is limited to 2 hours directly in front of the office. There is all-day parking available surrounding the city park across the street, as well as a parking structure on Santa Clara Street between California & Chestnut.
