Today as a supervisor, manager, Safety or HR Professional, you need to have at least a working knowledge of what can lead to an Active Shooter situation and more importantly, what you and your company can do to prevent a situation from developing. Likewise, you will need to know and train your staff on what to do and not do if you find yourself in a situation involving an active shooter at work!
