TITLE: Property & Casualty Producer/Risk Advisor

LOCATION: All Offices – Bakersfield, Salinas, Santa Maria, Ventura

 

POSITION SUMMARY, QUALIFICATIONS, AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Exciting long-term opportunity for motivated and experienced Property and Casualty Producer/Risk Advisor. Seeking a dynamic and trusted business professional with solid client relationship skills interested in learning and mastering new concepts in risk management for this key role. Position offers major growth potential, including the possibility of eventual partnership for exceptionally high-performing individuals.

 

The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently with access to the resources of a large professional organization. We’re looking for a strong team player who is interested in leveraging networking opportunities within the company. Candidates with an established network of professional contacts and/or specialized designations highly encouraged to apply.

 

Excellent problem-solving skills, experience with complex transactions, and industry-specific knowledge in various market segments preferred. A professional demeanor and a personal commitment to continuing education along with excellent communication skills and strong computer skills are required. Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience preferred, but not required.

 

The right candidate for this position will enjoy working in a team environment to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to our clients.   Excellent interpersonal skills are vital in this position. You will be responsible for providing superior service to clients, prospects, Partners, and insurance company representatives in the development and retention of accounts. This individual acts as the primary contact between the Agency and the client’s decision maker. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

 

Responsibilities include: the production and service of new and existing commercial insurance clients, at revenue and premium levels consistent with annual production goals, as agreed upon by the Producer and Director of Sales. Additional duties include coordinating day-to-day account activity with assigned account representative(s), preparing new business submissions and monitoring renewal activities, including development of pertinent information with support staff.
