Preventing a Workers’ Comp Claim from Litigating

Tuesday, August 8th, 2017

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (English)

There is a lot of concern about litigated workers’ comp claims, and for good reason.  We know that there are companies in every industry whose employees litigate just about every claim, or so it would seem.  Yet, surprisingly, there are companies in every industry that may have one litigated claim, if any, over the course of several years.  The question is why? Is there anything we can learn to help us reduce our litigation rate?

Please join us as we explore this question, along with why employees seek out an attorney; what can companies do to deter their claims from being litigated, and more.
